Educators all across America are joining a grassroots movement of nonunion, independent educators associations that includes over 250,000 teachers nationwide! In a number of states where professional alternatives have existed for some time, the nonunion groups are dramatically outgrowing the unions.

Always careful not to waste our members' dues, the AAE has formed an affiliation with a number of those preexisting state-based professional associations to provide local assistance and support for our members in those states. In other states where no compatible alternative exists, the AAE is working to establish new state-based partners. This past year alone, we have incorporated four new groups.

We ask that you join the AAE through our state partners. In the states where we have a partner, liability insurance and legal protection are provided for our members only through the state group.
