AAE Recognizes Teacher Appreciation Week
Alexandria, VA– It's Teacher Appreciation Week (May 5-11, 2013) and around the country thousands of communities are honoring local teachers and acknowledging the crucial role they play in making sure every student receives a quality education.
In honor of this important week, Association of American Educators Executive Director Gary Beckner released the following statement:

During National Teacher Appreciation Week, we encourage stakeholders across the country to celebrate educators who change lives, ignite passions, and set positive examples everyday for their students.
